Female Pro Gamers Wanted: Coaching and Duo Jobs at BoostRoyal
Clients book you for your skill, not as a companion. We back you with a personal assistant and zero tolerance for harassment.
Coaching players since 2016 · Voice chat in English, Spanish, French or German
Join the Highest Tier of Boosting Pros
BoostRoyal is hiring female pro gamers to coach our clients and play duo with them. You join a team of top-ranked pros that has worked with ranked players since 2016, and you choose your own hours.
We run a professional environment built on clear rules and mutual respect. Every order has agreed terms in the order chat, and clients and pros are held to the same standard of respect.
It is also a safe place to build your work. What counts here is performance: your rank, your results and how you work with your clients. Good sessions turn into strong reviews and repeat clients, and our zero tolerance for harassment keeps the work safe, so you can focus on playing well.
Two Roles: Coaching and Duo
Take one role or both, depending on your game.
- Coaching. Clients book you by the hour, with a one-hour minimum, and you set your own hourly rate. Sessions run on Discord with voice and screen share. You can review a recent ranked game with the client, watch them play live and give feedback between games, or combine both formats.
- Duo. You team up with the client in ranked games and play to win. With Pro Duo, clients can pick you by name at checkout. Your profile shows your peak rank, rating and reviews from real orders, so good games can lead to repeat bookings.
Coaching is open in League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift, Rainbow Six Siege, Dota 2, Overwatch 2, Marvel Rivals, Rocket League, Hearthstone and Clash Royale. Duo is open in League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift and Counter-Strike 2.
What You Earn
You keep 70% of every coaching and duo order, and 100% of your first 5 orders. Your share is calculated on what BoostRoyal receives for the order after payment fees and taxes. The higher your verified rank, the more you earn.
Clients pay before an order reaches you, so you never have to ask anyone for payment. You can cash out through Payoneer, crypto or bank transfer.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment, Backed by Action
We know what women deal with in voice chat. At BoostRoyal, a client who harasses you gets banned, and you never handle it alone.
One report is enough
Tell your personal assistant or our support team, and we act on your report. Session details are agreed in the order chat, so there is always a written record.
You can end a session
If a client crosses the line, stop the session and report it. You keep the pay for the work you already did.
Harassers get banned
We can also ban their IP addresses, so they cannot simply sign up again with a new email.
You work under your nickname
Clients see your gaming name and profile, never your real name or email. During sessions they see your Discord name, so you can use a separate Discord account just for work.
You Never Work Alone
A personal assistant
One person on our team is your main contact from day one. They help you set up your profile, answer your questions about orders and step in when something goes wrong.
A private team Discord
Share tips with other pros, get team updates and ask questions without opening a support ticket.

Apply nowQuestions From Applicants
What female pros ask before they apply: safety, pay, rank and how the process works.
Is this a companion or e-girl job?
No. You are hired as a pro for your rank. Clients book you to learn the game or to win ranked games with you. A client who asks for anything other than coaching or duo play breaks our rules and gets banned.
What happens if a client harasses me?
Report it to your personal assistant or our support team. We review your report and the order chat, and a client who harassed you gets banned, including their IP addresses when needed. You can end the session, and you keep the pay for the work you already did.
Will clients see my real name?
No. Clients see your gaming nickname, rank and reviews, never your real name or email. During sessions they see your Discord name, so you can use a separate Discord account just for work.
Do I have to turn on my camera?
No. Voice chat is required on every order, but a camera is not. Coaching runs on Discord with voice and screen share, and duo games only need voice.
How much can I earn?
You keep 70% of every order and 100% of your first 5. Your share is calculated on what BoostRoyal receives for the order after payment fees and taxes. As a coach, you set your own hourly rate, and pros with a higher verified rank earn more. Your monthly income depends on your rate, your rank and how many orders you take.
How does 100% on my first 5 orders work?
On your first 5 completed orders, you keep 100% of what BoostRoyal receives for the order after payment fees and taxes, instead of 70%. From your sixth order on, you keep 70%.
What rank do I need?
A high rank that you can prove with your in-game profile. Our League of Legends coaches peaked at Master or above, and our Valorant coaches are mostly Immortal or Radiant. The higher your verified rank, the more you earn.
Which languages do I need to speak?
At least one of English, Spanish, French or German, well enough to talk on voice for a whole session. Clients filter pros by language, so each extra language you speak helps more clients find you.
Can I only coach, or only play duo?
You can do one or both, as long as your game offers both. Duo is open in League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift and Counter-Strike 2. Your personal assistant goes through the options with you when you join.
Do I need coaching experience?
No formal experience is needed. During the trial, we look at how you play and how clearly you explain your decisions.
How do I get paid?
Clients pay for every order before it reaches you. Your earnings go to your BoostRoyal balance, and you can cash out through Payoneer, crypto or bank transfer.
My game is not on this page. Can I still apply?
Yes. Select your game in the form and add your in-game profile link. Coaching and duo orders exist only in the games named on this page, so in other games there may be no orders yet.
How is this different from the booster application?
This page is for female pros who want to coach clients and play duo with them. If you also want rank boosting orders, apply through our regular booster application too.
